5 - Targeted Marketing - We're doing PAID marketing for your home via neighborhood mailers, Facebook & Instagram paid ads for your target buyer demographic, dedicated website and "text for info" campaigns, and hitting the streets offering open houses, broker events and much more. All on our dime. The targeted social media ads are bringing lots of interested buyers into your home and this is NOT something all other firms are offering.
6 - Expert Negotiations - We've seen it all. We can help you get through the due diligence and repair process, appraisal process, pricing negotiations, and finally closing. There's always "something" that pops up during a sale to create an issue. You need a professional on your side.
